We are looking for an ERP Consultant with strong understanding of business objectives, end-to-end processes and technical skills to provide the best ERP solutions to our clients.
More precisely, your will be responsible for:
- close cooperation with our clients to understand their business objectives, challenges and process improvement opportunities
- determining ERP needs via consultation and observations
- discovery analysis to identify current business processes in all functional areas
- comprehensive evaluation of existing IT infrastructure
- providing tailored solutions / recommendations to ERP improvements specific to our client’s needs
- developing and configuring customized ERP solutions
- providing ERP end-user training and technical support to our clients
- complying with industry standards and regulations
- keeping up-to-date on the best practices and latest ERP developments, upgrades and offerings
- collaborate with our Sales teams during pre-sales process
We want you on board if you have:
- 5+ years’ hands-on experience as an ERP consultant in a similar industry
- experience of working in IT-projects; leading workshops, writing specifications, configuring applications, conducting training, documentation, etc.
- extensive knowledge of end-to-end business processes, ERP development tools and coding languages
- commercial focus, business acumen and a “can-do” attitude
- fluency in Polish as well as English (proficiency in any additional European language will be an asset)
- ERP certification (e.g. IFS Certified Practitioner)
Nice to have:
- experience in working with IFS Applications
- bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or similar preferred.
