As a Business Process Excellence Lead, you will collaborate closely with our clients to develop their operational vision and target operating model. You will be responsible for implementing detailed process models, supporting the transition and managing complex business transformation programs.

You will play a key role in BPM unit development and drive digital transformation initiatives, supporting our client organizations through adoption and change.

More precisely, your will be responsible for:

  • Manage business activities across BPM unit focusing on financial and strategic planning
  • Identify attractive opportunities for new consulting projects by fostering our sales efforts to drive BPM unit development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, in order to maintain good revenue growth Act as trusted advisor and partner for internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with clients to develop their operational vision and target operating mode
  • Provide consulting services to clients, offering strategic guidance and solutions tailored to their needs
  • Manage complex business transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
  • Support the transition to new operating models and facilitate organizational change
  • Collaborate with internal teams of consultants and developers to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs and expectations

We want you on board if you have:

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in business process management, transformation or business consulting roles
  • Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
  • Strong understanding of business processes and operational models
  • Experience in designing and implementing detailed process models in BPM platforms (Aris/Adonis)
  • Proven ability to manage adoption and change within client organizations
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage complex programs and budgets effectively
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong consulting, relationship-building and sales skills to drive BPM unit growth
  • Certification in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
  • Fluent English and Polish (a must!)
