As a Business Process Consultant you will be responsible for collaborating with our clients to identify, analyze and optimize their business processes. You will leverage your expertise in BPM software such as Aris, Adonis or similar tools to streamline workflows, improve productivity and drive continuous improvement initiatives.  

We are looking for a Consultant with strong understanding of process improvement methodologies, great analytical skills and passion for driving organizational change. 

More precisely, your will be responsible for:

  • close cooperation with our clients to understand their business objectives, challenges and process improvement opportunities 
  • comprehensive process assessments and analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas for improvement, setting KPI 
  • develop As-is/To-be process flows and help design solution in process management and process integration areas  
  • visualize process flows, dependencies, and performance metrics using BPM software (e.g. Aris, Adonis) 
  • develop solutions to optimize processes, boost efficiency and drive operational excellence 
  • facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on process improvement methodologies, tools and best practices 
  • provide ongoing support and guidance to clients in sustaining process improvements  
  • collaborate with our Sales teams during pre-sales process 

We want you on board if you have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience within Business Process Management in a consulting environment  
  • track record of successfully delivered process improvement projects 
  • in-depth knowledge of BPM methodologies, tools and frameworks, with proficiency in BPM software such as Aris, Adonis or similar platforms 
  • process analysis and improvement approaches 
  • ability to structure and solve problems  
  • ability to analyze complex processes, identify root causes and develop solutions 
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • project management experience 
  • fluent English and Polish (a must!) 

Nice to have: 

  • Certification in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma 
  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems or related field 
  • Knowlege of process modeling and opitimization tools
