We are currently looking for a person to join the team developing an internal AI‑based solution that automates the support ticketing process.
More precisely, you will be responsible for:

Functional and non‑functional testing of the AI‑supported system

Identifying areas for automation and selecting appropriate technologies and tools
-
Creating, developing, and implementing test automation based on MCP servers, AI bots, Python, code‑level tests, and end‑to‑end tests

Using AI tools that support the testing process
-
Analysing results and reporting – including error categorization and identification of flaky tests
-
Participating in the creation of test strategies and test plans
-
Identifying, defining, and documenting test scenarios
-
Collaborating with developers, ML engineers, and the product owner on implementing new or modified functionalities
Requirements:
-
Ability to plan tests and think long‑term
-
Experience working with hyperscalers (GCP / AWS / Azure)

Knowledge of testing tools and frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Spock, Cypress, JMeter or equivalents) – minimum 3 years of experience

Knowledge of Python and system scripting – minimum 3 years of experience
-
Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and engineering best practices – minimum 3 years of experience

Willingness to work with AI tools and explore new applications in testing

Experience in testing AI/ML solutions

Knowledge of OpenTelemetry

Experience testing with MCP servers and integrating AI with other tools

Knowledge of AI tools supporting QA (e.g., test generation, log analysis, regression automation)

Knowledge of communication protocols (SOA, microservices, event‑driven architecture) and major database engines
-
Ability to work comfortably in an English‑speaking team
