Products we develop aim to change the future of Fintech Market! As a part of Product Development Team you will be responsible for driving long-term product development strategy.
More precisely, you will be in charge of:
- acting as an evangelist to build awareness and creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and externally
- keeping track of industry and market trends and assessing new partnerships and licensing opportunities
- co-defining and driving overall product vision, strategy and metrics
- leading product discovery by close collaboration with key stakeholders
- preparing and presenting product plans, identifying risks and challenges
- defining and managing product roadmap with awareness of regulatory affairs
We need you to have:
- significant previous experience in Product Management of software products
- proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies
- excellent communication skills (both with business and technical teams)
- ability to present and defend your ideas to other key stakeholders
- skills at working effectively with cross-functional distributed teams in a matrix organization
- ability to set priorities and communicate them across the organization
- effective time and team capacity management skills
- fluent English and Polish (C1+)
- prior experience with FinTech or any other regulated market and international environment would be awesome
- product-driven approach
