Job description

We are looking for IT Service Manager who will take care of all service management areas to ensure success of delivered projects!

 

Location: Warsaw/remote

Employment Type: Permanent (UoP, B2B)

Working hours: Full time

 

You will be responsible for:

  • providing service plans to our clients to cover all relevant business and technical services
  • monitoring service delivery and identifying appropriate business and technical solutions, acting as an escalation point
  • effective communication with Clients, Team Leaders as well as project teams
  • leading our service delivery team and ensuring team’s processes and tasks are carried efficiently
  • identifying and implementation of new business optimization methods
  • service reporting and presenting it to key stakeholders

 

We want you on board if you have:

  • minimum 5 years of service & team management experience
  • strong services-oriented attitude
  • knowledge of software development process
  • process optimization skills
  • passion about people and leadership
  • good business communication skills
  • good command of English (a must!)
  • full working proficiency in Polish (a must!)
  • ready for a hybrid work (a must!)

Nice to have: 

  • ITIL® Service Operation Certificate

An overview of how you join our company:

  1. CV Review– we already have your application. You should receive a confirmation email from us. Recruiter responsible for this recruitment process checks your CV. Now you just have to wait for us to call you.
  2. Screening call with Ola, our Recruiter – just to get to know you a little better. All we need is a few minutes of your time and a few answers like your motivation and expectations.
  3. Interview – after Hiring Manager reviews your profile we’ll invite you to meet us in person (online). Meeting is held by our CTO and your Recruiter.
  4. Decision – within 2 weeks time after your interview we’ll get back to you with our decision!

Recruitment steps

Initial interview
Get a better understanding of who we are and what we do. All we need is a few minutes of your time and some answers, such as motivation and expectations, to get to know you a little better – up to 30 minutes.

Technical online interview
Intended to learn about your experience and technical areas of your job. Your perspective on why you do what you do. We’d like to find out what your career plans are and if this is a place where you could achieve them –  45-60 min.
3
Final decision
Within 2 weeks of your interview we will contact you and tell you our decision!
